Efficient cleaning of the breathing air from CO2<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The air drawn in by the compressor is passed through the AIRSCRUBBER, which removes around 70-75 % of the CO2<\/sub> absorbed. <\/p>\n\n\n

In this way, the CO2<\/sub>-content to around a third to a quarter of the value in the intake air - well below the strict limits of DIN EN 12021:2014, provided that the maximum inlet concentration is not exceeded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AIRSCRUBBER can be easily installed in the intake hose or intake pipe of the compressor in just a few simple steps and you're ready to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Airscrubber is particularly recommended for cleaning the finished nitrox mixture after a nitrox membrane system and to remove CO2 <\/sub>to be filtered out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even when using a nitrox membrane system such as the IDE MG 400\/700 or any other membrane system, the AIRSCRUBBER is easily integrated into the intake hose of the high-pressure compressor. As a result, the NITROX generated by the NITROX membrane system is fed through the AIRSCRUBBER and the CO2<\/sub> largely absorbed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extremely cost-effective to purchase and economical to operate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The housing of the AIRSCRUBBER is transparent. This makes it easy to recognize in good time when the absorber material is saturated and needs to be replaced. The material changes color from blue to purple with increasing saturation. If the entire length of the Airscrubber is discolored or the CO2<\/sub>-values exceed the standard values from DIN 12021:2014, the absorber material must be replaced, but at the latest after a maximum of one and a half years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Airscrubber is easy to handle and completely maintenance-free except for changing the absorber material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The absorber material can be changed in no time at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
