More and more environmental influences such as the largely overcome COVID 19 pandemic, viruses, pollen, bacteria and fine dust particles are having an increasing impact on people's lives and health worldwide.
Many suffer from irritation of the respiratory tract, breathing difficulties and even severe bronchial and lung problems.
These are caused by viruses, but also by allergic reactions to pollen, grass and pollutants in the ambient air. The IDE HEPA fine dust filter unit made of high-strength stainless steel is used to filter out particles such as viruses, bacteria, pollen and toxic, pathogenic or radioactive dusts.
These pollutants are filtered out by the standard suction filters and the dryer filters of the standard breathing air compressors. not<\/strong> filtered out.
Just imagine you get an allergic cough attack at a depth of 25 meters!!!
5 years ago<\/strong> we have started to provide allergy sufferers with an adequate system for avoiding allergic reactions.
We also looked at UV light, which has been used for decades to disinfect rooms and water and has recently been promoted by one manufacturer as a new product called \"B VIRUS FREE\". However, pure breathing air is not just about viruses.
As these UV light systems cannot filter out allergy-causing pollen, bacteria and fine dust to ensure the safety of allergy sufferers, we have developed UV light disinfection as a unsuitable <\/strong>and unsafe means for this purpose and turned our attention to the development of effective filtration.
The High-pressure IDE HEPA particle filter<\/a> filters the compressed air after compression up to 430 bar and is installed after the standard dryer filter system. The various filter inserts ensure the filtering of particle sizes from 3 \u00b5m - 1 \u00b5m - 0.01 \u00b5m. For comparison: the smallest virus has a size of 0.015 to 0.4 \u00b5m, a bacterium has a size of 0.3 to 0.1 \u00b5m, pollen is normally 20 to 50 \u00b5m in size.
It quickly becomes clear that the IDE HEPA filter is the safest and only method of completely and safely filtering pollutants out of the compressed breathing air.
Especially when diving, as the past has shown, allergic reactions can cause problems ranging from moderate impairments to serious diving accidents.
Within seconds, the mucous membranes can swell so much that pressure equalization is no longer possible. Breathing difficulties, coughing, sneezing or seizures can make it impossible or even impossible to practice this unique sport.
Back then, we would never have dreamed that we were ideally equipped for the COVID-19 pandemic.
IDE- Compressors was the first manufacturer to develop the IDE-DIVE-HEPA-AIR filter and offer it in its systems back in 2014. Little noticed at the time, they are now becoming increasingly necessary and an absolute must for providers of clean breathing air.
