Target group

Participants from the application areas of breathing air, fire departments, diving and industry In particular operators of high-pressure compressors and filling systems who want to recognize faults independently and rectify them professionally - e.g. equipment maintainers at fire departments, police, diving clubs, pressure chambers, industrial customers.

The seminar is designed to be manufacturer-independent.

This seminar is the prerequisite for participation in the technical seminars and for obtaining the certificate for the "Qualified Person according to BetrSichV" and is also a necessary additional training for the diving instructor examination as well as the basis for the Technical Seminar Professional.

Contents

Theory:

Basics for operators on the function of filling systems and high-pressure compressors Safety regulations in accordance with applicable regulations and standards Accident prevention regulations Maintenance and installation regulations, instructions, TRBS, hazard analyses - case studies Ordering the correct consumables Maintenance regulations, operational safety regulations, hazardous substances, GUV Integration into any existing ISO 9001 QM system

Practice:

Correct, safe filling of breathing apparatus and diving cylinders.

Recognizing malfunctions and appropriate measures and reactions to such malfunctions.
Proper operation and monitoring of the filling system and compressor.
Discussion of specific customer problems

Benefit

After successful participation, the participant is able and authorized to operate and run a filling system competently. With this qualification, the graduate can and may carry out the prescribed annual instruction of the operating personnel for the operation of the filling system in accordance with BetrSichV.
