Transportable, powerful breathing air compressor in an extremely robust, stable, powder-coated lintel frame with folding transport handles, as a system solution for compressing gases, especially breathing air. This compressor, with its petrol engine and extremely robust crash frame, is made for the toughest professional operating conditions.

 

Compressor unit:

Air flow rate 350 l/min, 21 m³/h, 12.36 c.f.m. up to max. 420 bar.

State-of-the-art 3-stage, 3-cylinder compressor block, made entirely of aluminum with aluminum cylinders with highly abrasion-resistant NICASIL coating.

Safety valves after each compressor stage. Type-tested and TÜV-approved liftable final pressure safety valve, 2nd and 3rd compressor stage with free-floating piston.

Reinforced cooling and an additional condensation water separator for continuous operation even at extremely high temperatures and in the tropics with extreme humidity.

Lubrication:

Lubrication with maintenance-free centrifugal pin lubrication, oil volume of approx. 2.5 l and maintenance-free low-pressure oil pump.

 

Air/gas conditioning:

Micronic intake air filter, intermediate separator after 2nd and 3rd compressor stage, manual condensate separation with special silencer.

FT 410 three-stage breathing air purification dryer system, TÜV tested, dryer capacity 1,200 m³ (at 20° C) for H²O/oil or optional H²O/oil/CO.

with Airsave Basic dryer cartridge saturation monitoring.

 

Optional control:

Automatic final pressure cut-off as standard.

Automatic condensate drain optional, but only possible in conjunction with battery and electric start.

 

Frame:

Made of 5 mm thick welded U-steel profiles, cladding and covers made of bent sheet steel. Color: RAL 9007 + 9005 medium structure. Rubber vibration dampers, hinged carrying handles.

Compressor and drive motor are each vibration-decoupled.
