Caution! Obviously a Chinese manufacturer is copying the IDE logo and products from our website and is trying to sell these counterfeits via the website "idekompressoren.de" (the copied original is: ide.de).

This manufacturer does not have a dealer or branch office, and therefore no service in Europe. This means that in the event of problems or defects, customers are reliant on spare parts and consumables from China, resulting in long waiting times, high transportation costs and potential quality defects.

Some of these machines do not comply with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU), DIN EN 12021:2014 or the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and may therefore not be operated throughout the EU without the corresponding certificates.

These copies look deceptively genuine, but do not offer the same service or quality as the originals. Customers should therefore be careful and ensure that they buy from an authorized dealer who can offer repairs, consumables and spare parts directly from stock in Europe.

Such practices harm both consumers and the original manufacturers. Buying from such companies carries a not inconsiderable financial risk, especially for such capital goods, and the counterfeits can also be confiscated by customs.
