Target group
Service technicians from the breathing air, fire department, diving and industrial sectors. Graduates of the Technik-Basic seminar and people who already have some experience of working with high-pressure compressors and who would like to expand their knowledge of the internal life and function of compressors.
The seminar is designed to be manufacturer-independent.
Contents
- Troubleshooting and repair of a specially prepared system
- The inner workings of a compressor block and the path of the air (flow diagram)
through the 3 stages 3 - 7.5 kW and 4 stages 11 - 18.5 kW - Get to know the compressor
- Professional troubleshooting, localization and proper repair, adjustment
and testing the safety equipment - Presentation and programming of one of the most modern CAN bus control systems
- Working with online air quality monitoring with sensor calibration
- Compliance with various regulations, documentation
- Ordering the right spare parts
- Discussion of specific customer problems
Benefit
The extended qualification enables the participant to recognize and rectify faults, malfunctions and defects on a high-pressure piston compressor and to adjust and check all safety devices on a high-pressure compressor filling system.
