High-performance breathing air compressor and filling system for gases - especially breathing air.
Air flow rate 400 -550 L/min, 24 - 33 m³/h, 14.12 - 19.42 c.f.m. up to max. 360 bar, optional 420 bar.
4-stage robust industrial standard compressor block, completely made of aluminum with grey cast iron cylinder liners, safety valves after each compressor stage.

Type-tested and TÜV-approved ventable final pressure safety valve, 3rd and 4th compressor stage with free-floating pistons and special piston rings, intercooler lines made of special stainless steel alloys. Automatic condensation water separation and switch-off when the final pressure is reached.
Lubrication:
With maintenance-free low-pressure oil pump, oil volume approx. 4.5 liters.

Air/gas conditioning:
Micronic intake air filter, intermediate separator after 2nd and 3rd compressor stage, condensate separation with special silencer, 5-liter condensate collection tank.
Mounted on stand-alone frame.
FT 410 three-stage breathing air purification dryer system, TÜV tested, dryer capacity 2400 m³ (at 20° C) for H²O/oil or optional H²O/oil/CO.
The optional AIRSAVE PRO E or AIRSAVE ULTIMATE can be integrated for air quality monitoring.
Control:
HIGH END star-delta compressor control with motor protection relay, start-stop button with indicator light, emergency stop mushroom button, operating hours counter, electronic timer for automatic condensate drainage, precision pressure switch for automatic switch-off when final pressure is reached.

Frame and cabin:
Made of 2 - 5 mm thick powder-coated sheet steel. Color: RAL 9007 + 9005 medium structure, large shock absorbers as adjustable feet.

Asynchronous three-phase motor 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 7.5 - 9 kW, IP 55, IE3
Taper drive pulley with SPA V-belt and automatic V-belt tensioner.

Filling system:
1 main air outlet, also optionally available is a filling ramp with 2 or 4 toggle lever connections, either with hose or direct connection, on request with flow limitation especially for slower filling of composite breathing apparatus.
