The seminars offered by Bavaria Kompressoren / IDE-COMPRESSORS are manufacturer-independent, necessary and useful to ensure safe operation and proper handling of the filling systems.
But these seminars are also an absolute must for obtaining some diving certificates and for fulfilling some legal requirements. At large filling stations and diving centers, the failure of a compressor system or the filling of contaminated breathing air due to poor and improper maintenance or handling is usually associated with a major loss of image and financial losses.
This can only be prevented by in-depth specialist knowledge and proper handling of the systems.
Compressors are not complicated constructions and with the basic knowledge imparted in our seminars, it should be possible to carry out operation, the most important maintenance work and minor repairs professionally.

Why high pressure compressor seminars?
Breathing air that is clean and pure in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014 (formerly DIN 3188) is the best prerequisite for safe diving. To ensure this, two basic requirements must be met: a filling system that complies with the strict technical regulations and proper operation. Above all, however, the relevant safety regulations must be strictly observed and complied with. Improper operation or failure of the system is not only associated with financial losses, but can also lead to accidents for the operating personnel or divers. The skills taught in the practical part of our seminars and the specialist knowledge acquired in the theoretical part will help you to operate and maintain a breathing air filling system safely, competently and in accordance with regulations.
As a commercial operator of a compressor and/or a filling system, you require a certificate of competence for the operation of the system, as required by the Operating Safety Ordinance. As soon as a delivery to others takes place, a permit is also required from the relevant competent authority!
This seminar gives you legal certainty regarding liability risks when operating filling systems.
The expertise imparted in our seminars for the operation of a compressor system for breathing air is based on the requirements of the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV 2015) and the corresponding technical rules (TR 401)
The theoretical part explains how the system works and the interrelationships and is intended to familiarize you with the legal regulations for operating a breathing air filling system. Knowledge of these regulations must be ensured for all operators and is therefore an important focus of our seminars. The practical part provides you with the necessary knowledge to be able to carry out the maintenance work that the operator must perform in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. It should also enable you to carry out minor repairs in consultation with the manufacturer.
